At Click2Comply Limited, we aim to provide high-quality training and compliance services. This Refund Policy explains when you are entitled to a refund and how to request one.
2. Digital Products / Online Training

Once access to an online course or digital resource has been granted, refunds will not normally be issued, as the content is immediately accessible.

Exceptions may apply if:

You purchased the wrong course by mistake and have not yet accessed it.

There is a technical fault on our side that prevents you from accessing the content.

3. Classroom / Live Training

If you cancel 14 days or more before the scheduled training date, you will receive a full refund.

If you cancel between 7–13 days before the training, you will receive a 50% refund.

Cancellations made less than 7 days before the training are non-refundable.

You may transfer your booking to another participant at no additional cost, provided you notify us in writing.
4. Cancellations by Us

If we have to cancel or postpone a course for any reason, you will be offered either:

A full refund, or

A transfer to an alternative date/course of your choice.
