1. Introduction
At Click2Comply, we aim to provide high-quality training and compliance services. This Refund Policy explains when you are entitled to a refund and how to request one.

2. Digital Products / Online Training

• Once access to an online course or digital resource has been granted, refunds will not normally be issued, as the content is immediately accessible.

• Exceptions may apply if:

  • You purchased the wrong course by mistake and have not yet accessed it.

  • There is a technical fault on our side that prevents you from accessing the content.

3. Classroom / Live Training

• If you cancel 14 days or more before the scheduled training date, you will receive a full refund.

• If you cancel between 7–13 days before the training, you will receive a 50% refund.

• Cancellations made less than 7 days before the training are non-refundable.

• You may transfer your booking to another participant at no additional cost, provided you notify us in writing.

4. Cancellations by Us

• If we have to cancel or postpone a course for any reason, you will be offered either:

  • A full refund, or

  • A transfer to an alternative date/course of your choice.

6. Processing of Refunds

• Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 10 business days.

• Any transaction or card fees are non-refundable.

Nothing in this Refund Policy affects your statutory rights under UK consumer law.
